Elements of Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, ITIL, and ISO quality and business standards are central elements of our Unified Leadership Model. We defines a standard process for each activity, and routinely tracks and reports performance metrics for critical contract deliverables, and for continually improving the business process.

We also measures its own performance through Customer Satisfaction Surveys and regular customer meetings. Contract performance data is gathered and analyzed, and timely adjustments made to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
